As Chief Operating Officer, Michael is responsible for ensuring the needs of our clients and members are met each day. He brings over 10 years of experience in operations, finance & strategy, specifically in logistics companies.
Prior to HealPros, Michael was the President of Simple Insight, a boutique consulting firm specializing in problem solving using logistics and technology.
Michael graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in Industrial Engineering. In his spare time, he enjoys road cycling and traveling. He lives in Marietta, GA with his wife Sarah and two cats.

As Executive Vice President of Member Experience, Eric is responsible for driving enterprise sales, leading channel partnerships, and developing corporate growth strategies. Eric brings 15+ years of expertise in building high performing teams and departments in health care and financial services.
Prior to joining HealPros, Eric served as VP of member experience at an Atlanta-based data analytics company specializing in CMS/NCQA compliance and care gap closures.
Eric is a graduate of the University of South Florida and enjoys exploring the great outdoors. He lives in Willacoochee, GA with his wife Leslie and their 2 daughters.
