Prior to founding HealPros, Jim was the partner in charge of revenue development for Medical Imaging Specialists (MIS), a radiology business advisory firm that is one of several companies today referred by Siemens Financial for imaging center turnaround management. Prior to MIS Jim was the president of The Radiology Group, growing the company from startup to 15 million in revenues in 2008. Before founding The Radiology Group, Jim was founder and president of The Solutions Group - Billing LLC (TSG), which provided comprehensive accounts receivable management to radiology private practices before being sold to MDTO, an OTC U.S. company, in 2007.
In 2002, Jim founded The Velot Group, which began as a program and project management company with clients including AIG and Mellon Bank. Prior to starting The Velot Group, Jim was employed at PwC and Goldman Sachs. Jim is a graduate of the State University of New York at Binghamton, with both a B.A. in Economics and an M.A. in Economics and Finance.Less
Mike is an experienced entrepreneur and corporate executive who has spent the last 20 years locating and developing unrealized opportunities for companies in a variety of industries from biotech, nutraceutical and energy. Both domestically and internationally, Mike has designed and carried out projects involving companies like Cargill, GNC and Amoco Oil. Notable achievements include spearheading a $600 million sale of a Korean chemical manufacturer to BASF in 2001.More
Until 2007, Mike served as CEO of Biofield Corp, an innovative medical device producer in Philadelphia, PA. Under his leadership, the company obtained regulatory standing, established manufacturing in China and built channels to market in Asia and Europe.
Most recently, Mike has worked as an advisor and consultant to young technology companies including Global Point, a provider of neurological telemedicine services in Argentina, Encapsulations Systems, a developer of a non-invasive transdermal insulin delivery system and Interactive Medicine, a leading provider of diabetes retinopathy screening solution.

Additionally, Eric spent nearly 8 years of his career with Bank of America Merrill Lynch on revenue development and client management for global wealth management clients.

For the prior two years he was COO of CareDynamix, a national provider of onsite vaccinations, where he developed a strong interest in the evolution of delivery on onsite healthcare services.
He was formerly Senior Partner with 1848 Capital Partners, a Miami-based private equity firm focused on the lower end of the middle market, and prior to this role Mr. Driscoll was Senior Vice President for International for Carey Worldwide based in London, where he led a turnaround and expansion of their non-US business.
For the 12 years before he was in a variety of senior management roles for two successful power generation development companies, J. Makowski and InterGen, during which he lived in Boston, Miami, Peru, Australia and Hong Kong.
Mr. Driscoll began his career as a trader in New York City with two fund management firms. He is FINRA Series 63 and 82 licensed, serves as a Mentor in the CEO Netweavers program and independently advises on private transactions.
